Should you receive a defective item, you may send an email to customer service at: orders@loveyourselfforever.com. In the email, you should detail the issue with the item, providing pictures to illustrate your concerns. Should it be determined that you have received a defective item, Love Yourself may choose to resolve the matter in one of the following manners: 1) send a replacement item, 2) issue a store credit, or 3) offer a discount/promotional code to be utilized toward a future purchase.
